1. CLINIC SERVICES

Active Recovery provides professional health and rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, custom orthotics, and chiropody. The scope of services is determined based on patient needs, practitioner assessment, and regulatory standards under Canadian healthcare law.

2. COMMUNICATION & CONSENT

SMS & Email Consent:
By submitting your contact information on our website, intake forms, or appointment requests, you agree to receive text messages and emails from us related to appointments, health reminders, or occasional promotions.

• Opt-out anytime by replying STOP to an SMS.
• Message and data rates may apply.

3. PAYMENT & FEES

Payment for healthcare services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. If you are using third-party insurance or direct billing, you remain responsible for any amounts not covered.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and e-transfer. Any late or missed payments may result in suspension of non-essential services until resolved.

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a no-show fee. Frequent cancellations without valid reason may lead to discharge from non-essential care services.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

Our use of your personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant U.S. privacy requirements for digital users (e.g., CCPA, COPPA).

6. DISCLAIMERS

We strive to offer safe, evidence-based care, but no health outcome is guaranteed. Recommendations are made based on professional judgment, and your participation is voluntary.

We are not responsible for:

• Any allergic reactions or injuries from disclosed or undisclosed conditions.
• Delay in service caused by emergencies, weather, or technology failures.
• Messages undelivered due to third-party SMS or email provider issues.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including images, branding, text, and media, is owned by or licensed to Active Recovery Sports Injury & Physiotherapy. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
