Techniques We Use
Our chiropractors use a multi-modal treatment approach — meaning they draw from a wide range of tools, techniques, and evidence-based methods to help you heal and stay well. These may include:
- Chiropractic Adjustments: Manual or low-force instrument-assisted spinal manipulations to improve joint mobility and alignment.
- Active Release Techniques® (ART): A hands-on soft tissue technique that targets scar tissue and adhesions from repetitive strain or trauma.
- Soft Tissue Therapy & Myofascial Release: To relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, and reduce movement restrictions.
- Spinal Mobilizations: Gentle movements that help restore joint motion without high-velocity thrusts.
- Rehabilitation Exercises: Prescribed stretches, strength training, and mobility drills to support recovery and prevent recurrence.
- Performance & Kinesiology Taping: For joint support, injury prevention, and neuromuscular feedback.
- Acupuncture (when indicated): For pain modulation, inflammation reduction, and improved energy flow.
- Laser Therapy & Electrotherapy: To support tissue healing and reduce inflammation.
Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to you — based on your condition, goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds over time.
